Frame Racing
Welcome to the internet home of Frame Racing. I’m Jake Frame. Frame racing was formed in the Fall of 2007 after my first two years of racing. 2008 is the 4th year racing for me. I spent most of 2007 season either at the races or at track days. I couldn’t have become as successful as I have without the support of some very good friends and very giving people. I’ve been fortunate enough to compete on a variety of different race bikes including a SV650 Superbike, a GSXR 750, a CBR1000RR, and a Ducati 749R. As I prepare for and move through the 2008 racing season you will be able to follow along with my online blog and discover how much work it takes to get to the track and be competitive. For immediate release...
Seattle's Downtown Harley-Davidson/Buell, the #1 Buell dealer on the West coast, is sponsoring a 4 man, 6 hour endurance team for the WMRRA Round 5 endurance race.
The 4 racers who will be piloting the Downtown HD/Buell XB9R endurance race bike are all racing members of the Washington State Motorcycle Road Racing Association. They are; Brad Haley, Jake Frame, Pete Ross, and Jeff Wieand. All four racers are current Buell racers and are excited about teaming up with Downtown HD/Buell to help build awareness of the American built machine and show that it is a contender in the lightweight racing arena.
Terry Stallcop, Operator and General Manager of Downtown Harley-Davison/Buell said, "We are very excited about supporting a Buell race team. We believe in the Buell product line and are 100% committed to the future of Buell racing."
